For selected creators, we build a complete hosted Arctic content trip. Hosted support may include travel to Tromsø, accommodation, multiple Arctic experiences, a curated itinerary, local support, and 20% commission on eligible completed bookings.
Designed for selected creators with strong audience fit, proven reach and strong travel storytelling. Hosted collaborations are selective and not automatically granted by applying.

Who can apply to the Creator Partner Program?
We welcome applications from travel creators who produce high-quality content and have an audience interested in travel, adventure and unique destinations. We look at the overall fit between your content, audience and our experiences — not just follower count.
Is there a minimum follower requirement?
No. There is no fixed follower requirement. We consider several factors, including content quality, engagement, audience relevance, reach and overall fit with Vikran Touring.
What do I get as a Creator Partner?
Depending on the collaboration, partners may receive complimentary Arctic experiences in Tromsø, earn commission through a personal referral link or discount code, and get access to opportunities for larger hosted collaborations.
Are flights and accommodation included?
Not as part of every collaboration. Flights, accommodation and other travel expenses may be included in selected larger hosted collaborations. The exact arrangement will always be agreed upon before the collaboration.

Does applying guarantee a collaboration?
No. We review each application individually and can only accommodate a limited number of creator collaborations. Applying does not guarantee acceptance or complimentary experiences.
What happens after I apply?
Our team will review your application and social channels. If we see a potential fit, we'll contact you directly to discuss the partnership, available experiences and possible collaboration opportunities.
Can I apply if I work with a manager or agency?
Yes. You're welcome to apply directly, and your manager or agency can be included in the conversation if we decide to explore a collaboration.
Can I still work with other tour operators or travel brands?
Yes, unless a specific collaboration includes an agreed exclusivity period. Any such conditions would always be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Content expectations vary depending on the collaboration and the experiences included. We want creators to produce authentic content in their own style, and any agreed deliverables will be discussed with you before the collaboration takes place.
How does the commission work?
Approved partners may receive a personal referral link or code that allows us to track bookings generated through their content. Commission details and terms are provided as part of the partnership agreement.
Can I apply if I'm already planning a trip to Tromsø?
Absolutely. If you already have plans to visit Tromsø, let us know your travel dates in your application. This can make it easier for us to find a suitable collaboration.
Do I need to be based in a specific country?
No. We work with creators and audiences from different countries. What matters most is whether your content and audience are a good fit for Tromsø and the experiences we offer.
