By booking and participating in this experience, participants acknowledge and accept that they are joining at their own risk. Our company is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, or damage incurred during the tour or while traveling to or from the meeting point.

Participation in this experience involves outdoor activities and transportation through rural or remote areas. While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure safety and comfort, participants accept full responsibility for their personal safety, belongings, and well-being throughout the duration of the experience.

Transportation to and from the activity site is provided as a courtesy. Passengers understand and agree that riding in our vehicle is entirely at their own risk. The company, its employees, and partners assume no liability for accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during transport or while on-site.

The company is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events such as extreme weather, natural disasters, road closures, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds or rescheduling.

Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and ability to take part in the activities. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform us in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions. The company cannot be held liable for any reactions or complications that may occur as a result of uncommunicated health issues.

All personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the participant. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items during the tour or transport.

The company is not responsible for the services or actions of any third-party providers, including but not limited to accommodation, transport, or food suppliers, even if these are recommended by us.

By booking, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, and that they waive the right to hold the company liable for incidents that fall under the aforementioned circumstances.
