Terms of Use

By accessing, booking, or participating in any of our experiences, you agree to the following Terms of Use. These terms govern your relationship with our company and ensure a clear understanding between both parties.

1. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official booking system or authorized partners. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Prices are listed in the applicable currency and include all specified services. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.

3. Changes & Force Majeure
We reserve the right to alter or cancel a tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, illness, or any other unforeseen events outside our control. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule or offer a refund, but we are not obliged to provide compensation for inconvenience or expenses.

4. Participant Responsibility
Participants must be in suitable physical condition and dress appropriately for the activity. It is the participant’s responsibility to disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions prior to the experience. Failure to do so may limit our ability to accommodate you and absolves us from liability.

5. Liability Waiver
By joining our experience, you acknowledge that outdoor activities involve inherent risks. You agree to participate at your own risk and release the company, its staff, and affiliates from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damages incurred during the experience or transport.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward guides, fellow guests, and the natural environment. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or puts others at risk.

7. Intellectual Property
All content, images, and materials used in connection with our tours or marketing are the property of our company and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Norway.
