Cancellation and Refund Policy
We strive to provide a safe and memorable experience for all our guests. However, due to the nature of outdoor activities and the unpredictability of weather conditions, we must maintain clear policies regarding cancellations and refunds.

Guests are eligible for a full refund if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable, except under special circumstances at our discretion.

No-shows will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the tour in the event of:

Unsafe weather conditions (e.g., storms, strong winds, extreme temperatures)

Natural events, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

Low number of participants, if minimum group size is not met
If we cancel a tour, you will be offered the choice between a full refund or the possibility to reschedule, subject to availability.
Please note:

We cannot guarantee sightings of the northern lights or clear skies. This is a natural phenomenon, and while we do our best to choose the best locations and timing, no refunds will be issued based on weather conditions or lack of visibility.

Participants are responsible for being adequately dressed and prepared for winter conditions.
